Spatial Narrative
The eye first goes to the illuminated, arched felt panels. These draw you into the semi-enclosed dining area. You settle beneath the layered fabric canopy, experiencing intimacy and focused sound.
Light Study
Morning light filters through the metal mesh screens, casting subtle linear patterns. Evening light from linear LEDs makes the felt arches glow, blurring their structural lines. The overhead canopy directs dining light downward, creating a concentrated pool.
Living Vignette
A guest reaches across the table for a serving dish, their voice absorbed by the fabric ceiling. The glowing felt arch frames their profile against the room.
Material Palette
Stiffened, molded recycled felt: It feels firm yet soft to the touch; it holds its structural shape without sagging over time.
