Spatial Narrative
Your eye first moves to the cityscape view, now softened by a partial woven screen. You walk into a space where fabric panels define the edges. You sit at the table under a suspended canopy, feeling enclosed yet open.
Light Study
Morning light from the balcony filters through the sheer canopy, casting soft patterns on the table. In the evening, concealed light sources within the fabric structures create a warm, focused glow. The textured walls absorb ambient light, reducing glare.
Living Vignette
A conversation pauses as someone traces the woven pattern on a wall. Dinner forks lightly clink under the layered fabric ceiling.
Material Palette
Handwoven jute and linen: These fibers feel coarse yet soft to the touch. They will naturally soften further and develop a muted patina with age.
Silk and sheer cotton: These fabrics are light and smooth, allowing air to pass through easily. They retain their delicate translucency while aging gracefully.
Wool boucle or chenille: This woven fabric feels deeply textured and soft, absorbing sound. It holds its shape well, gaining subtle character over time.
