Every element engages touch, scent, or sound.
This room guides your senses.
Design Philosophy
The design intention moves beyond visual aesthetics. It replaces expected sights with a sequence of engaging physical sensations. The frameworks Immersive Sensoria and Subliminal Guidance shape this sensory journey. Each element encourages direct interaction, informing movement through touch, scent, and sound.
Spatial Narrative
Your eye first settles on the heated island, then follows the textured floor. Footsteps create distinct sound cues as you move towards the dining area. There, varied cushion textures invite a prolonged sit.
Light Study
Morning light filters softly through sheer linen, diffused and cool. As evening approaches, the automated blinds dim light further, occasionally releasing a light, fragranced mist.
Living Vignette
A hand rests on the warm, scented stone surface. Bare feet register the subtle shift in texture and sound across the floor.
Material Palette
Honed, heated grey limestone: The surface feels smooth and warm, developing a subtle, natural patina over time. Deep-pile woven wool: This panel feels soft and plush, absorbing sound while retaining its rich texture with use. Dark walnut tactile strips: These strips feel firm and provide subtle grip, deepening in color and grain definition as they age.
