Design Philosophy
This design uses Perceptual Shift to create a new experience of space. Exaggerated Form redefines familiar objects. Oversized elements manipulate the room's depth and scale. The deliberate contrast challenges expected proportions.
Spatial Narrative
The eye is immediately drawn to the monumental window casing. It then shifts to the impossibly large pendant light above the table. Attention settles on the deliberately undersized chair, creating visual tension.
Light Study
Morning light streams through the dramatically framed window, highlighting the casing's sculptural depth. Evening light, softened by the oversized pendant, casts long shadows across the table. The expansive mirror reflects all light, amplifying its presence.
