Design Philosophy
The design uses **Biomimicry** to mimic fragmented natural landscapes. It employs **Experiential Design** to create sudden, immersive botanical moments. Linear perceptions are intentionally broken. Focus shifts to disparate organic life elements.
Spatial Narrative
The eye first goes to the central living wall installation. Pathways abruptly divert around integrated planters and seating. You sit amidst varying floor textures and focused lighting.
Light Study
Morning light enters from the large window, illuminating the living wall. Focused grow lights intensely highlight botanical features all day. Evening lighting shifts to sculptural fixtures, casting defined shadows on specific elements.
Living Vignette
A hand rests on cool polished concrete, then brushes soft moss under the dining table. The scent of living plants mixes with the faint smell of wood.
Material Palette
Polished concrete: It feels cool and smooth, aging with a subtle, durable patina.
Preserved moss tiles: They feel soft and yielding, maintaining color and texture indefinitely without maintenance.
Natural wood veneers: They feel warm and tactile, deepening in color and character over time.
